A-Z claim granted in favor of buyer even tho the item was shipped to that customer

I had an A-Z claim granted in favor of customer even tho the item was shipped to that customer's address. I appealed against that claim providing all the tracking information but it was granted in favor of the customer and now my ODR is effected. I even provided the POD to the customer via amazon messaging but all in vain. Is there any way to contact the account health team to reinvestigate the claim. Any help would be highly appreciated TIA.

Get used to it on Amazon, in particular if you are a new seller (target on your back).

Unless you used the Amazon Buy Postage feature they do NOT recognize delivery scans as valid unless there is signature verification AND sometimes they don't even believe those.

Unless there was a signature and/or you used Amazon Buy Shipping it's a foregone conclusion -- DENIAL.

I have very few BUT in every case I put in a STOLEN MAIL report with the Postal Inspector. It only takes a few minutes AND it gets the buyer name and address into the system so they can see if there is a problem with either the buyer or the address or both.

By NOT reporting sellers allow the scam artists to continue and flourish.

Use Buy Shipping on Amazon for the best protection against item not received claims.
