Selling product higher than marked price

I want to sell a product that has a marked price on the box brand new. However it is selling on Amazon for triple the price with an unmarked box… In used condition!

Am I allowed to sell at the going rate especially if I sell via fba. It would cover my fba costs.

Surely the concern is more, that the customer will see, that they could have bought said item, for a third of the price compared to what you are charging.
That will then result in annoyed customers, which will be followed by negative feedback and probably a lot of returns.

So whether or not you can do, is probably not the best thing to be looking at.
