On-Time Delivery Bug

Hi guys,

Anyone aware of a bug on the on-time delivery metric?

Our ontime delivery has just slipped below 97% which means that our premium delivery eligibility is deactivated.

We apparently had 7 transactions delivered late. On checking the transactions we did indeed have 4 late ones. But 3 clearly show they were delivered within 1 working day so there is obviously a bug not detecting this.

Speaking to customer service is putting years on me. They are continuously advising me to submit an action plan. I am trying to get the point across that we don’t need to make a plan - we are hitting the metrics amazon just isn’t acknowledging it.

were they scanned on the day of despatch aswell ? if they weren’t scanned until the day after, believe that affects it as well - even if they were on time ?!
