2 different shipments I sent to FBA warehouse were lost,
Amazon initially said that these packages had been received and were in the process of distribution,
They did not respond to cases for months,
Now they claim that they did not receive the units. I sent the POD document, the carrier proved that they delivered the package, and sent me the POD document, and Amazon initially said it received the package, but now denies it.

Apologies, I deleted the post as I incorrectly responded on the wrong thread.
I just looked at case 9955107582 I see that you have been informed specifically of missing proof of deliveries for the shipments you are making a claim for. You will need to work with the transporteur to obtain the required documents and provide them in this case in order to obtain further support.
