FBA Packing Quality down the pan - were now getting the blame!

Hi There

Has anyone else noticed that Amazon are now sending FBA items out without any packaging at all and sending them by adding a sticker directly to the retail package? we have had a few 1 star feedbacks recently saying items were 2nds or not fit for gifting because Amazon are not putting them in a box before sending to customers and they are being damaged by the couriers. My real issue is that it massively increases returns / refunds and Amazon no longer strike through the feedback even if its their fault. Have they changed things so that FBA now actually means we have to send the items in an extra box outside the retail box?
