Yet another Safe-t claim denied
what is the point in safe-t claims is it to provide the illusion that Amazon will be fair to sellers? claim denied which of course is pretty standard Amazon behaviour I have attached before and after photos
Rare sealed flag sent out in perfect condition sent back with all packaged removed and damaged. reason for return arrived too late (delivery estimate 11-15 July) Item was delivered on the 10th. If the item was delivered late why would they remove the packaging and damage it? before returning it? Now I have been charged for the return for a now unsaleable item. Yet another knife in the back from Amazon

As silly as it sounds, returning the original packaging, or with packaging intact is not required by DSR’s
Customers are entitled to open packing and unfold things to look at them, and if doing so means they wreck the packaging then… tuff…
You should get a refund on the return postage though as the customer choose the wrong return reason, it is clearly a change of mind return
