MWS Integration Issues
Hi,
We use OSOP (1 Stop Order Processing) to process all our orders from Amazon and Ebay.
Up until today downloading orders was done through Amazon’s MWS. We were informed that Amazon were discontinuing this facility for 3rd party users and that it was being replaced by AMTU.
This wasn’t supposed to be happening until September, but they decided (in their infinite wisdom) to turn it off last night, so I am struggling to get todays orders dispatched.
I was looking to temperarily connect Amazon to Click & Drop to get the UK shipping labels, but when I looked to connect the two, it also uses MWS and it is no longer functioning in my Amazon account.
Is any one else experiencing issues with Click & Drop integration with Amazon?
I’m just about to tear my hair out getting this all sorted out.

Same here. I made all the necessary changes 2 weeks ago to switch to AMTU and all was ok until today.
Waiting for resolution from OSOP.
Fortunately, so few orders today I can manage without it.

The reply from OSOP, yes, unbelievable.
“I am sorry but Amazon have now stopped us using this service. We are looking at a way around this (or a different way) but at the moment the only way to create labels is thru the Amazon website.”

Just typical, glad it’s not just me.
OSOP thinks the order report file format is at fault, it needs to be flat file and not XML, I’ve had to contact Seller Support to get them to change the report format, as mines set to XML only.
Hoping that this gets sorted out fast.

I’m having to try to create labels through importing Amazon orders into Click & Drop, but that is soooooo time consuming. I don’t know if there is an easier way, also Click & Drop is only importing UK orders, it’s not importing any European ones, so that’s another problem I’ve got to find a solution too.
… and just waiting for my VTR to bite us in the proverbial.

To be honest it sounds like the issue is at OSOP’s end. We use tradebox and shiptheory to link to Amazon and they both had updates ready to go stating the cutoff was 31/7/22 from the start of July. We updated last week and have not had any issues yet.

Just had a message from OSOP, Amazon has turned on the MWS system for 2 weeks while they get the AMTU issue sorted.
Orders can be imported again by using the old MWS way for the time being.

I use Packing Partner to process all my orders from Amazon, eBay etc and have had no trouble at all
