I had applied twice for seller central child access and didn’t get any response untill now. I’m having a problems regarding managing my seller central.

You are not speaking to Amazon here - this is a forum for sellers only.
You will need to open a case with Seller Support - ‘Help’ at top right of your seller homepage.
You may have created a problem if you have tried twice to open an account, as the two will be linked.
