Customers not able to buy my stock
EAN 5692164428100 is a product produced by me and sent to Amazon FBA, up until a couple of weeks ago all was going smoothly, but now when a customer clicks on my listing another seller is in my buy box, which I understand sometimes can happen, but there is no other option to buy from me, I don’t understand why, and. when I open a case with Amazon they say the listing is active and no problems.
To top it off, I get a e-mail this morning from Amazon asking me to discount my slow selling products. Help please…

I’m with @Retro_Emporium with what I can see but looking at a couple of other listings DIY lead shop are not prime which might be the difference
