Prolong shipping delivery dates
Im receiving unusual amounts of items not received.
Amazon pls support your sellers trying to keep their businesses open during the pandemic .
Customers are unable to understand that we can not control royal mail logistics because the shipping settings now do not allow us to extend delivery dates .
I’ve been sending my parcels everyday as usual but royal mail is struggling to deliver , i now have no other option but to close as this is causing frustration as the delivery dates provided by amazon now are unrealistic .I’ve bought prime items and its all being delivered by royal mail and up to 10 days late so why wont they allow us to extend our shipping dates for deliveries during this difficult times .
we are being forced to work for free as customer expect a refund after their due date .
Pls Helps us keep our businesses open .
How can we survive ?

This is the Amazon seller’s forum, you could email your message to the MD Doug Gurr (or the press), as it appears no one else is listening, there have been plenty of posts on this. .
Good luck

I have looked at the service update on the Royal Mail website and its says the following:-
Thursday 23 April 2020
Normal deliveries and collections should take place throughout the UK this week. However, despite our best endeavours, it’s likely some areas of the country will experience some level of disruption due to Coronavirus-related absences at local mail centres or delivery offices. We’re sorry about this. Every item of mail is important to us, so we’re working hard to keep any delays to a minimum. Thank you for your patience and understanding in these unprecedented times.
Just to let you know we have had a few claims for none delivery and noticed the information given to us turned out false. Their story just did not add up and now the matter is being dealt with Royal Mail.
