Uploading historic invoices (after a week of the sale)
i sold six items last week, for some reasons I have managed to upload the 4 but couldn’t upload two remaining ones. Now my business client is chasing me for one. I am unable upload it. I am a private seller and I sell surplus of the items now and then (brand new) using the Amazon platform. I am not registered for VAT.

A couple of issues here.
If you are a ‘private’ seller, presumably with an Individual Seller Account, then you cannot list items as ‘New’, even if they actually are, as Amazon will assume you are a Business seller selling new items, and you could end up with your account deactivated.
The Individual Seller Account is ONLY for selling off your own, personal second-hand items, not new goods.
As for invoices - you can only provide receipts as you are not VAT registered, and you can have them automatically uploaded by Amazon if you declare you VAT exempt status, via this link:
> Amazon generated invoices (recommended)

> Amazon can generate VAT invoices or receipts on your behalf at no cost and make them available for customers to download. VAT registered sellers can activate the VAT Calculation Service and benefit from automated invoice generation. Sellers exempt from VAT registration in both the EU and the UK can declare their VAT exemption status and benefit from automated receipt generation.
