It's been months since we are trying to fix this issue.
Whenever we change our German Amazon marketplace language to any other language our product images disappear, we cannot see the other variation images when scrolling over the different colors.
So far things we have tried:
updated the swatch image, updated the main image with higher resolution images, deleted the listing, and re-added the listing, full update of the listing
But nothing seems to fix this problem.
Seller support is replying with the same solutions of updating the listing and re-add the listing but it's not working.,
Has anyone else encountered this problem and knows any fix to this?

Any update on this? We keep on receiving the same reply from seller support and it's not solving the issue.
This is now happening with multiple of our listings but not all of them, we are not sure what has triggered this but its very irritating, we are sure there are customers in the EU marketplaces searching Amazon in EN language and we are losing those customers.

I think this is a technical glitch and it might be affecting multiple sellers, support is unbale to figure this out, can you please let me know if you speak on Amazon behalf and can really forward our request to invetigate this issue?

In any case, it would be good to know if multiple sellers are affected by the same issue, as you are suspecting.
