VTR Suddenly dropped to 26% - Doing what I always did

Ok so just noticed this morning my VTR has dropped to 26&, usually it sits at around 98%
Ive not changed any procedures, send all SFP using buy shipping and everything else mark as 2nd class stamps/franking.
I expect the 2nd class stamps/franking is not exempt as it was, is there a workaround for this as a lot of my listings are now inactive with more at risk?

Any help would be appreciated, tearing my hair out a bit :frowning:

That is not allowed for VTR - you must only buy shipping through Amazon for this class of postage. The policy changed several months ago (1st March it went into effect - with VTR counting from 1st April).

Yes, great work Amazon! I used to post books out on the day, or the next day with stamps on the packets. Very rare to have problems and feedback was excellent.

NOW I have to buy Amazon postage and get a friend to print the labels for me which all takes a day or 2 more. It doesn’t affect my delivery metrics but the end customer gets the items later!
