DPD Hub Affected by National Grid Power

Hi,
We’ve just receieved an email from DPD saying that their main hub has been affected by a power cut and that some of their deliveries will be affected. This means that some of the parcels that were supposed to be delivered today aren’t going to be delivered until the weekend.

I’m worried that this is going to affect our Premium Delivery Eligibility metrics. Does anyone have any suggestion?

Same boat here. Same concearns. Every parcel shipped yesterday (including materials inbound) have been effected. This is going to get worse before it gets better.

I’m sure DPD will try and claim something from the National Grid for this Fault?
