Same buyer as been leaving feedback for order not received and leaving negative feedback which is I believe its complete product review order number is 205-7481823-2444308 and review is (after having it feeling too drwsy feel like some drugs was in there. plz explain did u send right product or what was in product thanks) its defo somebody doing it purposely to damage my account health on Amazon.

We received a 'Product authenticity' violation a few days ago which I appealed succesfuly with invoices and today the customer has also left negative feedback

"I have done some research on this Funko pop I bought and I believe it to be fake - hugely disappointed"

I know the fact that the customer has been proven wrong is irrelevant, but surely this should fall under 'product review' and be eligible for removal.

The seller support bots say no though - are there any other options?

I was shocked, today, to receive a negative feedback without being contacted first.

The first negative in 12 months!

Moreover, it's completely a product review. Moreover, it said that the product was described "As new", when it was described as "used very good".

When I asked the feedback manager to remove it, the immediate reply was "open a case".

When I have opened a case, after 10 minutes, the reply was kinder, but in summary, said: try to remove it with the feedback manager. Classic loop!

Any practical suggestion?
