Two-Day Premium Shipping activated on my account automatically

Hi,

This is the second time ‘Two-Day Premium Shipping’ has been activated on our account this week , without me even touching the shipping settings. Why is this happening, has it happened to anyone else?

It first happened on Sunday and I noticed we were getting lots more orders but then i realised they had a 2 day deadline. We can not operate on this timescale and we are supposed to ship with standard shipping.

Then this morning I wake up and it has been activated again. What is going on?
