Amazon seller central rejected my verification. What to do now?

Today I got this message from Amazon support team.

They rejected my verification after I uploaded my passport and a credit card statement.

Now, I can’t try to upload any more documents. They have shut me out.

What to do now?

Do you have any idea why your documents were rejected? Did you upload photos or scans? Because Amazon doesn’t accept screenshots. Also, scans need to be in full color.

Does all the information exactly match the details entered in your Seller Account?

I would suggest you to e-mail seller-verification-enquiry@amazon.co.uk as this is the department which handles account verification.
