Blocked Listing
Regarding the dissatisfaction of the buyer who stated that my product was allegedly not authenticatedI must inform you that this is absolutely not true.
And as for Amazon's attitude towards sellers - it's terrible Why does Amazon take the customer's side without even looking into it.
Why not asking the buyer for evidence of what the customer is saying is not false?
If the customer thought that the product was not authenticated Amazon immediately blocks the listing. In the same case the customer can say whatever he wants and the sellers will suffer.
All of my products are authentic from authenticated suppliers and when such injustice happens I just can't be agreed with that.
