My Account Suspended Under Multiple Account Policy-PLEASE HELP

Hello,

My Amazon USA account was suddenly suspended by an email due to the multiple account policy, even though I had never made a sale before.

Amazon said they verified it and they didn't give me any proof, they closed my account as it was, they want information but they don't specify what information they want.

When I researched the multiple account policy violation, I found that I had to have 2 different accounts opened at the same address or opened on the same person or from the same computer in the same marketplace (for example amazon usa). I haven't done any of these, how can I manage 2 different accounts when I have difficulty even managing a single account. I have not had any activity in the Amazon USA market.

I opened my company, defined it to my amazon account, I have a bank account opened in the name of my company, I defined it to my amazon account and there is not even one sale in my sales history.

This is all I did and there is no possibility that this is not legal. In another marketplace, I have activated my Australian account in the marketplaces section in the seller panel in my Amazon USA account and I am selling there. I have not done anything else in any other way.

I gave all my money, my capital, my labor for Amazon and the result I encountered is that they accuse me and I can't talk to anyone, I get an e-mail that you are a fraudster and they close the subject, it shouldn't be so easy, if I did something, present me the proof of it, I will apologize with everything I have, I will not get involved in anything related to amazon again.

Now I want to ask both the admins and you, my seller friends, how can I solve this problem. If I'm wrong, I'm sure I won't bother, but I worked hard and I didn't do anything illegal. PLEASE HELP.

To clarify, are you saying that you did find a second that was associated to your information? Have you ever worked with another party or service that has assisted you with the account? Have you ever provided assistance to another seller with their account?

There would have been shared details between the two accounts that will require an explanation to be provided. If you find the issue is due to a previous association, you will need to provide supporting evidence on the timeline of your association.

If you find that you are still actively associated or our team is unable to verify that you are no longer associated, you will need the other account to resolve their account issue for you to resolve yours.
