FATAL ERROR! Ongoing Business Address Error - System Failure and Lack of Support

I am beyond frustrated with the ongoing issue regarding the incorrect business address in the Amazon.us system.

I'm being asked to update my business information. However, when I access the "Business Information" page to make the required updates, the system automatically pre-selects Germany as our business location. This is completely incorrect and has nothing to do with our legal entity's actual address.

Our legal entity has never been located in Germany. We have provided countless confirmations, pieces of evidence, and official documents proving our correct business location. Our address has already been successfully verified by Amazon through the unique address verification code process. Yet, the Amazon.us system continues to block any updates due to this pre-selected (incorrect) German address.

We have opened dozens of cases to resolve this issue, but they have provided no solution, no support, and no useful information. Every time, we receive the same robotic response: "We cannot help you with this case." When we ask how to proceed, who can help, or what steps to take, our questions are ignored.

It feels like there is no real support team at Amazon that can read, understand, and resolve this type of issue. I've seen similar cases on the internet, where sellers are left in this endless loop without any resolution.

Is there anyone here who has experienced a similar situation and managed to resolve it? Any guidance or advice would be greatly appreciated.
