Sales not updating again?
This happened the other day and seems to be happening again - the sales summary is currently sitting at £0.00 although we’ve definitely made sales today.

Amazon don’t seem to say on their homepage anymore if there is a technical issue. It used to be the case that they would show this in notifications. What I don’t understand is why they don’t appear to have a test environment and push changes or fixes live so that the customer doesn’t see these issues.

Definitely happening, but orders still coming through. It’s definitely hitting Germany and France too, as I’ve had orders there within the last hour but still showing £0/€0.

Sales not updating on desktop but i have an amazon seller app on my phone and i can see the sales when looking on it. The sales are not showing up on the home page of the app but when i look ‘manage orders’ on the app i can see them there.

same with me too. im away on holiday and in holiday mode. not seeing any sales is very worrying but have loads of pending stacking up today and a few completed. all through FBA while in holiday mode.
hope this gets sorted out as it just worries me and will ruin my evening while at dinner with family.
