No shipping address showing

I had a book pending, then I had notification of payment and shipment. when I go to manage order its saying that there is no order??? I can’t ship without an address!!! Don’t know what to do

So, do you have an actual order page, with all the details on it, except an address or do you not have an order page (with an order number) at all?

Check the date range that is being viewed, it might only be showing orders that has been placed recently but if it’s been pending for a while it won’t show until you expand the date range (ie. 30 days.)

No not that far,but I’ve just did and i have found it thank you so much for your help i did panic a bit .
