Please help:

  • I'm a new seller. My ASIN is B0CTS4LG4M.
  • I have a professional selling account (FBA)
  • I am brand-registered.
  • I have good account health.
  • So far, I have always provided great customer service
  • My product is original, unique, high quality and authentic
  • I have not had any chargebacks on my account
  • I do not have any performance notifications.
  • My product was selling fine with the buy box for a few weeks.
  • A few days ago I lost the buybox / featured offer for no apparent reason.
  • I have not changed the price.
  • I have recently run a vine campaign - could this have anything to do with it?
  • Seller support has been absolutely awful.
