Seller-Fulfilled Prime Problem

Hi Guys.

I am having some issue with Seller Fulfilled prime and need some help.
in order to Continue with Seller Fulfilled prime your buy shipping needs to be 98%.

the problem is there are some orders from N.ireland, channel islands Highlands which cannot go on royal mail or DPD because the parcel is too big for Royal Mail and DPD does not deliver to those destinations. What do you do in that situation? I get constant emails From Seller fulfilled prime team saying that the buy shipping rate has fallen.

For Examples.
An item Sold to Jersey with Dimensions :81cmx 30cm x20cm. royal mail won’t deliver it due to size and DPD won’t deliver as they do no deliver to this location.

I do send Email to prime performance team but get same reply.

Can someone please help.

Hi.

Best thing to do is go through the generated reports which highlight the orders which have caused your buy-shipping rate to drop below 98% and ensure you can back up that they are the orders which are too big to go with certain couriers/ out of area.

Open a case with Amazon - I would do both Amazon case log and the Amazon Shipping portal as well. If you can get a chat open and phone call you’ll get a better response.

Explain how the courier restrictions are causing the issues, and see if maybe your delivery area falls in the catchment for Amazon shipping.
