VTR account deactivated
Is there an Amazon Guru out there that can help me?
My VTR has dropped to 1% due to the fact I use a Franking Machine to send 2nd Class Letters.
I had a warning email stating that if I buy postage through Amazon then my VTR will not be affected.
I did this for every purchase for 3 weeks but the VTR did not change.
Now my account has been deactivated - I have submitted an appeal - Then had to send further information via email and still I do not get any response.
I have tried to contact Health Support at different times of the day for the past 15 days but all my calls get cancelled. (probably 500+ attempted calls)
I am so lost of what I can do - just need to speak to a person.
Please help me as without a business I have no money

Your new mailings via amazon will be exempt which means your only ones on the report will be invalid- which is why your % dropped
You need to appeal stating that from now on, you have been , and will be using amazon buy shipping

That is because the VTR is based on the PDD (promised delivery date) of your shipments and so there is a considerable time lag. It will take up to 4-6 weeks for your Buy Shipping shipments to be validated.

We are having the same issue. We sell greeting cards and use first/second class post via Royal Mail. We couldn’t possibly use a tracked service as this would make the cost of our products way too expensive. We have an account with Royal Mail but Amazon are saying we now need to purchase from them to possibly have our shop reinstated. How can this be?? I totally understand if the product is larger, more expensive, a parcel etc but one greeting card. Any information would help. Thanks
