Amazon Account Health Dashboard (AHR) - Please Help

Hi All,

Hopefully we can all help each other out on this, I have had some info from Amazon on various elements about the Account Health Dashboard and Rating:

1. [Suspected Intellectual Property Violations] - Amazon stated, even though this appears on the dashboard, as long as you address it by editing/deleting the listing, it will not affect your account. They will NOT remove it from the AHR for 180 days, even if you edit it, but they stated it will not affect the account. Thoughts on this?

2. [Received Intellectual Property Complaints] - They stated if you successfully appeal, it will come off AHR, however, even if you are not successful, as long as you have deleting the listings and appealed it, it will not affect your account health, even if it remains on the dashboard. Thoughts?

3. [Food and Product Safety Issues] These are just impossible to appeal successfully, they stated as long as you remove them from account and appeal stating that, it will stay on dashboard, but will not affect account health. Thoughts?

4. [Restricted Product Policy Violations] These are just impossible to appeal successfully, they stated as long as you remove them from account and appeal stating that, it will stay on dashboard, but will not affect account health. Thoughts?
