Credit Card Invalid - how long to wait?

Hi

My credit card expired, I just uploaded new credit card details 20 minutes ago. I was charge 1GBP for the AMZ UK account and 1EUR for other European amz accounts, I can see the transactions were successful from bank statement end. The problem is, I still can not access to my amazon dashboard and order. I need to get order details within one hour so the products are delivered to customers on time.

Is there any way to force amazon to charge my credit card now and unlock account?
