Hello
I am a new seller and tring to get to grips with the Amazon platform, I have listed products a few of which is not listed on the German site why is this ?

ASINs don’t exist on all marketplaces unless someone creates them on all marketplaces. That could be manually or using the build international listings tool. It can also sometimes be the case that different marketplaces have different rules about what can be sold there.
As to the ASIN you linked, be very careful. That ASIN is branded and manufactured by a Chinese seller. They typically take an aggressive stance with other sellers using the same listing - if your item isn’t the exact same brand and manufacturer then you should remove it.

The violation was miss use of shipping charges I charge 5.50 Euro it costs £6.65 so I have already lost £2.00 on post

I make about £2.00 not worth it really it would seem everyone is fighting for the buy box and working for nothing, good for the consumer not for the seller.

Dear Sir or Madam
I have been told that I have misused shipping charges I am a new seller
and still getting to grips with using your platform I have struggled to
get the listings up and running as I am on several European sales
channels it was never my intention to misuse the shipping or anything
else on Amazon I can say with my hand on my heart I do not know what I
have done, or correct it.
If one of your advisers could be kind enough to call my business partner
where we will both be available to sort out the problem as I said we
have just started with Amazon and sorry if we have broken your terms and
conditions, it was most certainly not intended.

As a new seller you might well be better getting to grips with amazon in the UK first before considering selling abroad…
