I was selling products on amazon.co.uk and doing online arbitrage, using FBA system of Amazon and sourcing products from America. I was sourcing them usually amazon.com, Walmart etc. I had been selling since August, 2023. My Amazon UK seller account got suspended on 9th August 2024. I sent my appeals, order receipts (amazon.com invoices), packing lists of shipping, bank transactions, delivery proof of FedEx. I took actions for many times. Every time I submit my appeal, Amazon sends the same message. 

Suspension reason Section 3 - inauthentic 

Totally I sent 27 units of the prodcust in the last 365 days until my account was suspended. I purchased them all from amazon.comand the seller was Amazon USA itself. So all my products are authentic. 

But I understand their policy. So If they reactivate my account, I’ll source products from only manufacturers and authorised distrubutors. I’m attaching the Amazon’s messages for your information.Meanwhile, I proved to Amazon that my inventory is authentic by video identification call and they released my inventory in December, 2024.

What can I do to reactivate my account?

Hello, my account was suspended even though there was no violation or complaint. This is due to suspicion of counterfeit products. The product requested by Amazon is definitely not fake. I cannot find the invoices because the Amazon account from which I purchased the product has also been suspended. How can I prove it please help me

Hello, my account has been section 3 suspended. Amazon wants the invoices from the place where I bought the product, but I bought the product from amazon.com and it does not accept the invoices from its own. My business address matches the information on the invoice. We will never buy products from Amazon from now on. We will only buy through companies, but how can I recover my account? I need your support on this matter. Thanks
