My account got suspended on 9th August 2024, and I was suppyling products from amazon.com. My products are authentic. I proved that my inventory is authentic with my invoices and shipping documents through the video identification call and my products got released to be withdrawn now.
After my inventory got released, I sent another appeal for my account to be reactivated. however it did not work.
So even though my inventory is authentic , why is my account still deactivated?
Anyone who has experienced this and reactivated account?
Have you accepted the violation and addressed it e.g. by writing a plan of action to prevent a repeat?
All you have proven so far is that you are the legal owner of some products formulated for the US market that were purchased through a US retailer (Amazon.com). That does not count as valid supply chain to sell the products as new in the UK market for a number of reasons.
