My account has been suspended. A new employee I hired entered their own credit card information into my Amazon account, but it turns out that they had a previously suspended account. As a result, my account was also suspended.

Afterward, the employee resigned and left after working for just two months. Now, my 8-year-old account has been deactivated, and I haven’t received any responses to the numerous cases I’ve opened.

This person made a mistake knowingly, even though they were only employed for two months. How can I resolve this issue? I would appreciate any help or guidance.

Hello, i have received a multiple account violation. my USA account is deactivated because of Saudi Arabia account. Saudi Arabia is asking for utility bill but not accepting it even though my information is matching exactly to the bill to the tee. i have tried submitting mobile phone, electric, and internet bill statement which they said would be acceptable but are telling me they cannot confirm the information on there. the information from when the account was created until now has changed as i have moved states since it was created. anyone know how i can get this resolved or know any tips to guide me in this situation. could it possibly because i have a debit card on file or does it need to be a credit card because i dont have one.

My account has just been deactivated for selling an ASIN that I removed from my inventory months and months ago. Even after I removed it, I kept getting emails about it so I mailed back explaining this but nothing ever happened. Today I get a message saying my account has been deactivated. I spoke to the account health team and they told me to submit an appeal but that can take 4-5 days, all the while I'm missing out on revenue. Can anyone suggest anything else I can do please?
