Getting the ownership of the listing, listed on my brand name

I am the trademark and brand owner, there is another listing with the same brand name. I started selling with the same listing by doing me too. The listing removed because the title have word Avengers in it , when I try to change the title, it says you are not brand owner,
how to get the ownership of that listing

Do you have brand registry and did you have ownership of the listing previously?

Has the brand been changed?

I had several listings deactivated for having ‘Avengers’ in the title - this is a while ago, and they were old VHS, so guess it is the name that you cannot use.

So if you are the trademark and brand owner how is their another listing with the same brand name as the one you created?

So for a listing to use the word Avengers you should be using the brand ‘Marvel’ or have a licensing agreement with Marvel/Disney for your product. If you have the licensing agreement to use Avengers then you should give a copy to Seller Support so they can reinstate the listing.

Removing the word Avengers from the title will also work if you have edit control on the listing. However if you don’t you won’t be able to change it.

Your other listing is less likely to get taken down as it doesn’t mention Marvel or Avengers anywhere. However are these actual licensed products with Marvel? If they are not then Marvel may report you and have the listing taken down.
