The forum only has forum moderators, not actually anyone from management. You need to tag them for them to see your post. When you say 'email', do you mean a case with Seller Support Help ?

Over the past two years, every single one of my FBA shipments has been shorted at Amazon’s warehouse. Items just go missing—products are being stolen, plain and simple. I record HD video footage of every shipment I send, so I know exactly what was packed and how many units went out.
Amazon, however, keeps refusing to take responsibility. They send back the same copy-paste template emails every time, claiming errors in the shipping plan or other nonsense. They won’t reimburse me, and I’m left completely vulnerable to theft with zero accountability on their end.
Let me be very clear: Amazon is not trustworthy. Do not send anything of value to FBA—your inventory is not safe, and if it gets stolen, Amazon will do absolutely nothing. Their employees are clearly stealing products, and the company doesn’t care.
This platform has become the worst place on earth for sellers. I'm completely done with them, and I'll be permanently deleting my seller account next week.
