Brand Registry Rejected in UK due to photo issue

We applied for a brand registry in the UK, providing appropriate product images, the trademark registration document, and the business information. However, Amazon rejected our application yesterday because the pictures of my product and packaging appear to be artificial or computer generated.

I have requested support but I keep getting the same message stating they are artificial or computer generated. I have now purposely taken pictures of the product and packaging with my home environment in the background (amateur photos). I really don’t know what more I can do?

Please can someone provide more support on this issue with the photos?
