Lack of visibility

Has Amazon changed the way customers see products? We used to have a thriving business on here with Amazon far outstripping sales from any other site we use but it is now quite the reverse.

Amazon is always tinkering with search but:
Have you searched for your products as a customer using appropriate keywords?
Can you see your items on the first few pages or is there better offers above you? Are you price competitive?
Have your listings been search supressed at all?
