I hope you are well. I am reaching out to request the removal of negative feedback left on our account, as it appears to be a product review rather than seller feedback.

Feedback Given:
"The face mask was too liquidy and when I opened the sachet, it went all over me and my clothes. It shouldn't be in that condition as I've bought it on many occasions, so I obviously want a refund as I feel the product was a dud."

Whilst i sympathise with you this feedback is about the condition a product was received in not and actual product review which is most likely why its not being removed.
