Read onlyI Need immediate advice and help, please! Hello, four months ago, I experienced a shipment loss with Amazon. After numerous attempts and cases, finally, Amazon accepted my invoice and reimbursed me. However, a few days later, they found my products, reserved the reimbursement, and returned the items to my inventory. Unfortunately, Amazon had already removed and deleted the product listing due to product safety regulations. Subsequently, I initiated a removal order to have the products sent to my address, but upon arrival, 13 of them were damaged. I filed a case for the damaged products, providing images to Amazon's support team. They only reimbursed one product and requested images of the packing slips. Unfortunately, I had discarded the remaining packing slips, assuming Amazon only required images of the damaged products. Now, I'm uncertain about how to proceed. Is reimbursement possible without the packing slips from the removal order? I've been dealing with headaches from Amazon about this shipment and products for almost 5 months.
