Please help to resolve:
I have created a shipment on 10 of september 2024 it came on 12 of december 2024, i.e. 92 days after shipment creation. My carrier is dpd and on their website it is said that shipment is already delivered, but on 10th of december the shipment was closed, thus now my shipment is now lost as I do not see any updates on it.
Shipment ID is FBA15JH19XQH
Please change the status of shipment from "closed" to "inbound" or "to be delivered" or anything else which would allow the goods to be accepted on my inventory
