Pulling my hair out with this one
I’m pulling my hair out with this one trying to get this resolved so any input is much appreciated.
I started selling on Amazon last November 2021 for my product; ASIN: B09L8QCTBW. I didn’t have brand registered at the time as wanted to see how it was going to perform first. I setup a parent listing so I could add variations at a later date (parent ASIN: B09L8NL8TL).
Fast forward to March 2022 and got my brand trademarked and registered. I contacted support to update my listings with my brand name, and after a lot of back and tooing, I finally got them to update both the parent and child listing above.
I then setup GS1 barcodes and applied to all the packaing.
Problem 1
I cannot update the listings now as it keeps coming up with errors saying that barcodes not accepted. The listing seems fine, just won’t let me change anything. I don’t understand the messages coming back from suppport, they make no sense.
Problem 2
I can’t uddate the brand for the variations. I’ve been back and too with support all week and they just keep asking the same questions. I’ve supplied absolutey everything they have asked for, even more! Barcodes, pictures, website links, catalogues, a letter from the company director explaining the association between the company and the brand name, GS1 certificates, Trademark certificates. Everything!
But they just won’t approve it. I’ve even explained to them that they approved my 2 initial listings (from above), but they just keep sending me the same robotic responses.
I’m at my witts end trying to sell on Amazon! Its just beyond ridicolous how difficult this is and how bad the suppport is!
Does anybody know of any this party companies that can help with this? or have any advice? before I throw myself out of the window in frustration.
Thanks in advance

What have you actually registered as the brand as the store name has the full brand text but your ASIN above just has the website? And the trademark is figurative rather than the text.
I’m surprised amazon are OK with a website name as a trademark if I’m honest as normally being seen to direct traffic elsewhere can lead to an account suspension.

They dont accept them as trademarks. Received the below when we tried to register a figurative trademark which included our website
We are unable to approve your application at this time due to the following reason:
The brand name provided is a website domain, which is not accepted for the application.
Please ensure that the brand name on the application does not contain any of the following unacceptable elements:
The brand name is the word GENERIC or Generic, brand is a website domain, brand contains the registered trademark symbol ®.

Packaging issue and branding -
I’m sorry I don’t have much to offer on your actual question but I do have some feedback on your branding and packaging that you may want to address.
Proof reading: There are at least two glaring spelling mistake that I saw, separate/separation is spelled as I typed it, not as you have it printed on your packaging.
You have asterisked out the non-profanity part of the the world bull**** so the profanity is left but the one l of bull is obscured. This may well have been intentional but seems clumsy.
Your listing title states that the Long Island Iced Tea is ready to drink, however it isn’t, you need to add (per the packaging) the mixer. It isn’t ready to drink (as a long island iced tea).
Your packaging also states proudly across the front and in the directions on the back to ‘Just Add Coca Cola’. Coca-Cola is an extremely litigious brand and almost certainly will take action for misuse of trademark if you haven’t sought permission from them to affiliate your product with theirs. I suspect you haven’t as the their trademark is mis-quoted (Coca-Cola always has a hyphen) and the usually required trademark and trademark disclaimer are absent from the packaging. I’d also argue in context that your visual depiction of a mixer can in the directions is extremely reminiscent of the Coca-Cola design (which is also trademarked).
I recommend getting these issues looked at while you are pushing for your other Amazon issues.

Thanks for the input everyone. Peter, thanks for this, I’ve made some amendments to the packaging now.
I managed to get a reply back from a human in support so I think I know what the issue is now. Essentially I digitised my images and they don’t like it. They need to see real life images.
