Selling application approved then rejected

We are currently facing challenges with getting our Philips reseller application approved by Amazon Seller Support. Initially, our application was approved but later rejected, with the reason given that the invoice could not be validated. After further communication, we were told that it failed their review process.

We always source from official distributors and provide genuine invoices with full supplier details. Along with the invoices, we've submitted real product pictures and the delivery note, which includes all relevant details.

Has anyone faced a similar issue or can provide advice on how to resolve this? Any insights would be greatly appreciated.

have you asked Philips for a letter of authorisation to sell their products on Amazon?

Hello @Seller_zIkiJibcLYbOm

Following on your post. While I can't comment or provide you direct recommendations, as per peer seller mentioned, you could request a Letter of Authorization to sell their products, make sure the letter has your information (same as in the seller Central account), this will help to avoid this type of circumstances in the future.

Any assistance, don’t hesitate to reach out to our support channel.

Regards,

JiAlex
