Account de-activated for multiple accounts.

My account has been deactivated for multiple accounts. I've tried appealing over and over with document verification and all I get is an automated response. I only have one account and have no clue what the reason for my account closure is. Is there a non bot out there willing to help me?

As you've mentioned this was due to an association to another store that you do not recognize.

So you are aware, these connections can occurred due to a wide range of reasons. These reasons are never disclosed and require research on who may be associated to you or your business.

I would suggest reviewing our seller university video on how to comply with with our multiple account policy. This will help better understand how these issues happen or connections could be established. Since the account has already been deactivated, you will also want to review the video on how to address a multiple account policy which will offer more guidance on the requirements to reinstate the account.

As mentioned by @Seller_LImVvUWeyiCfQ, have you had a chance to check out the thread they provided by @Seller_kIukTwdhvntAp?

Here are a few questions they purposed in their post. As @Seller_kIukTwdhvntAp mentioned in their post, have you at any point created or started to create another store on amazon? Has anyone logged into your store or used your devices, the same applies to if you have done this on another store or device as well. Do you now or have you ever hired someone to manage or maintain the account?

Additionally, I wanted to follow up on what @Seller_LImVvUWeyiCfQ mentioned and see what information was provided when trying to address the issue.

We will only be able to accept valid documentation showing proof of separation. This includes documentation like contracts & termination agreements, bill of sale, transfer of ownership. These documents help us understand why there was an association to another store but supports the separation of two different businesses.

If these documents cannot be provided or verified, we will require the associated store to be reinstated prior to your stores reactivation. This will also apply if the documentation does not exist in these situations.

Due to our limited information or visibility into your account, I would ask that you provide more background behind the situation so we can continue to offer guidance on next steps in resolving your situation.

The forums community and I are here to support you. Please let us know how we can help you from this point forward.

Emet.
