Seller account disabled due to valid tracking rate
I have sent most of my items with 48 hour tracked, the odd low value items were sent standard and yet Amazon have took it upon themselves to stop my selling activity,

and the suspension performance notification as VTR should only suspend the odd category - not your whole account

All through click and drop and most we used 48 hour tracked, add few just standard which was with post office only which had no tracking but compensation ofcourse and proof of postage

Yes - the key thing is specifically how you recorded the details in amazon.
Best thing to do is screenshot the VTR Report as advised above.

Yeah, first of all been on 10hr shifts so this is my first day off in a while, head is still unclear, looking at VTR report, 4 items have invalid tracking, so I will have a look into this now.

Go into the order that is currently highlighted in amazon and screenshot the consignment despatch info section
No, they can just have a delivery confirmation number or be bought direct from amazon to be deemed valid for vtr

It was bought on click and drop but it was posted at the post office. but no tracking numbers as they were standard

personal click n drop and large letter, i used to use business click n drop but they overcharged on my account. like charged twice the price of a personal user
