Stock sent at HYD8 FC not entered completely. 110 units are missing...............
PLEASE HELP......
We had sent shipment FBA15HZDL9N2 of 610 units to HYD8 in 6 boxes on 19 April 2024. 5 boxes out of 6 boxes were entered (500 units) completely at HYD8. But last box (Tracking ID 626900149474) contained 110 units is missing. It has not reached to FC till date. Although we have raised the case for the same but seller support is helpless to give proper response.
As per tracking of same box we found the last location of box was at MJAX, means it was not dispatched further to HYD8.
Please guide what should we do as there is everybody helpless either Manager or FBA team........

dats why fba is crap now a days , delivery boys change shipping labels and sent chips and namkeen of haldiram boxes and packets to FBA in place of our costly items.
FBA mangers are involved in this robbery and theft.

Amazon makes processes as such that it is SELLER who will always suffer no matter who is at fault.
If your boxes are missing, they will provide you reimbursement which will be not even worth of the product cost.
and even this reimbursement will not be easy to get. you will keep on fighting on seller support regarding your problems and everytime you will get a new excuse for NOT providing the reimbursement.

We are also facing the same issue, they have never recieve the complete unit,at flipkart this is not the case, they do there live inventory within a minute
