Excel /Order Report/Foreign characters not recognised

Is anyone else having this problem?

We download the order report and import it to our spreadsheet. 4/5 days of the week the file is fine and upload it to click and drop with no issue. At at other times, with a quick glance through the spreadsheet, foreign addresses /names/product descriptions do not import properly to spreadsheet. For example Simon-Dach-Straße becomes Simon-Dach-Str?~a. It doesn’t matter if i re download the order report, the file given is the same as before. (Importing from text is done the same way every day)

With Christmas fast approaching, spending time fixing these errors by searching there order ID’s in Amazon to correlate the address’s will become time consuming.
