Amazon selling our product, but not buy from us/distributors

Do anyone have experience on this?
We are the manufacturer and brand owner of the product.
Amazon.co.uk reselling our products, and the products is not from us or our distributors.
We did a test buy, the product come in re-pack, in a plastic bag, without box & instructions manuals etc (mandatory requirement by CE/UKCA).
Which department we should speak to? Any suggestions on this?

It’ll depend on what type of listing it is. Amazon have the ability to sell stock that was previously either lost or damaged - once they have reimbursed the seller they can do with it as they please. These are often listed as “Amazon Warehouse” when damaged.
Then sometimes Amazon will sell items on a marketplace that the seller doesn’t sell on, buying the items from the home marketplace. Doesn’t seem the case here given your description though.
