Customers suspicious activity
Hello, I have at least 2 customers that keep buying the same product overtime and returning it. One of them is already on his 5th purchase. I find this bizarre.
I already raised a ticket with SS but no luck as I just get non-related responses.
There’s any way to block this customers to keep buying or any other suggestions?

Have this all the time … They can also refuse delivery of the product they ordered, then leave a low star rating then leave a negative feedback, claim a full refund and claim your product was defective …

You can report this customer through " A customer who is violating returns and refund policies" and if its genuiene amazon will act and stop this repeat purchase - my experience is they do.
