Amazon deactivated account for a listing not in my inventory.
Amazon deactivated account for a listing which was not in my inventory its been nearly a month now I have removed most of my stock from FBA, there's still some stock in reserve status which I don't know how to remove.
Spoke to customer support many times all I want them to do is check why a listing which was not in my inventory was removed from the catalogue causing my account to be deactivated.
Keep getting the same generic response every time, how I should provide evidence why I have violated the policy ! when the listing was not in my inventory, I have sold items on many platforms but have never faced such bad customer support.
