Your payment is on the way/ Payments cancelled? Help Please

Hi All

I recently had some fraud with my bank (cloned card) so I was waiting a new card.

It was my disbursement day today & at 11.29am I got the "Congratulations we have initiated a transfer 3/5 days. Then another email also at 11.29am saying payments cancelled.

The post arrived shortly afterwards with my new card, typical! & I updated & verified it within an hour or so later.

When I look at the next payout for 16/1 that is of an amount that clearly does not involve the amount being transferred today as it is much lower, and the reference to last payout gives details of the disbursement from two weeks ago as it has not updated.

So I am trying to figure out if the transfer initiated at 11.29 today actually processed through, or whether it got recalled?

Thoughts please.
