We are Amazon UK sellers, we were initially in the stage of removing inventory and planning to close the account, but during the process we received a performance notification from Amazon, which informed us that our Amazon seller account has been deactivated in accordance with section 3 of the Amazon Services Business Solutions Agreement owing to unable to verify information related to our seller account, or did not receive any new information regarding our listings or selling history. In the email, inform us that we need to provide service bills (of pipe or natural gas, electricity, water or Internet) issued within the past 90 days, but we are unable to provide these material.
Because we originally planned to close the account, but suddenly our account have been deactivated. In this way, we can't close the store smoothly.
Since we no longer plan to sell the European site, we do not plan to have staffs continue to operate this site, but the account was closed due to the above reasons, and we cannot provide the required bills, so we cannot activate the account to completely cancel it. Is there any way to activate the account and let us cancel it?
