Taking Amazon to a small Claims Court
I lost access to my old seller ls account in January and haven’t been able to close the old account or get my 9k plus funds stuck. I have contacted amazon seller who promised they would close my old account and transfer the funds over 4 months ago what’s not been done. I have tried to take amazon to a small claims court but failed due to admin errors. Looking for someone who has done this since 2020 and can advise or happy to pay for service. I just want my money

Don’t make it too long as they just won’t bother, be very clear and concise, with easy to read bullet points.

I have several times but I’m not sure that’s the best way in your circumstances. Have you tried mediation? Search in Help.
If you do decide to apply, there will come a point where you commit to paying half the costs but in reality, anecdotally, many/most sellers have not paid as Amazon don’t let it get that far if they are clearly at fault.
