Choosing to sell only to UK and Europe. Help please?
I am not a professional seller but when listing an item I was always able to check a box in the listing form to sell to UK only. This is because some of my items do not fit the usual dimensions etc. Now that option has disappeared. I can carry on listing but have to refuse overseas purchasers, and this affects my ratings. I have explained this to Amazon but got nothing helpful in response. Would appreciate some advice, thank you

I think that you are talking about the check box mentioned in these linked threads.
Unfortunately, it looks like Amazon already discontinued the feature:

Have you tried removing all non-UK options in your default postal template in shipping settings?
If your default template is UK only you should find that non-UK buyers are not able to purchase. (I think, but am not entirely certain: we supply to the UK only, but we set that up years ago using the tick boxes you refer to.)
That said, there is surely an easier way of excluding orders from those wishing to ship abroad?

I have been trying to register to make EU sales and realised that I do not have access to the Sell Globally button in the “Inventory” drop box. I can understand that Amazon has reserved “Sell Globally” to Professional Sellers only. Maybe this should have been announced as it could have prevented complicated situations. I do not understand how EU buyers would still be able to access and purchase our products as that would put us at a financial loss or subjected to bad reviews from disgruntled EU customers. As frustrating as this is, the seller is left to speculate because there there does not appear to be any formal notification regarding this issue.
